My Investment Property Burned Down!

It burned down!!! My investment property in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, burned down! I thought maybe it was an April Fool’s joke when I was first contacted on April 3rd, but then I checked the news. And sure thing – it had burned down! It was a wonderful duplex and had been a great investment. Now I’m working with investigators, fire and police, a property accessor, and my insurance company, to figure out what my next steps are. Just let it be a lesson to you, ALWAYS HAVE INSURANCE.
